The Classic Whisky Experience is perfect for those who want to get to know Eden Mill and to delve into the world of Scotch whisky to understand how it is made. Your visit will start in our immersive Whisky Room before heading through into our beautiful distillery with its fantastic views out over the Eden Estuary. It will end with a tasting of three spirits, including a guest single malt. Please be aware that due to the scarce quantity of Eden Mill single malt, they are not included in this particular experience but they are part of the Eden Mill Single Malt Experience. What's included A walk through our whisky room to learn about the history of Eden Mill and the world of Scotch whisky A guided tour of the state-of-the art distillery A guided tasting of three drams: our new make spirit, The Guard Bridge Blended Malt and a guest single malt Discount in our retail space to use after your experience What's not included If you would like to go to the Lookout Bar following your experience, please be aware that it is recommended to book this separately in advance. You will receive a link to book a table in your confirmation email, or you can book directly at: https://www.edenmill.com/pages/distillery-cocktail-bar Check-in details Please arrive 10 minutes before your experience and meet at the welcome area of our distillery where you will be checked-in. Upon making your booking, you will receive a QR code with the confirmation email so please ensure you have this with you on the day. Special requirements Any children over the age of 8 are permitted on this tour when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 for the duration of the visit. There will be a soft drink option available. By law, we are required to ask for age verification if you look younger than 25 years old. Please bring ID with you if this applies. Restrictions Photography and video capture is not permitted in certain zones of the distillery. Your host will point these out to you during your experience. For part of this experience, you will be inside our operational distillery so please wear sensible footwear. High heels, flip flops and any open toe sandals are not permitted. Disclaimers All experiences at our distillery are fully accessible for wheelchair users. We welcome service animals although please note that distillery area may be uncomfortable for them due to loud noises and mesh mezzanine flooring. At the point of booking, please advise us of any accessibility and dietary requirements.
