Check-in details We are a little difficult to find, make sure you have plenty of time to find us and arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Late comers may not be permitted and no refund can be claimed. Special requirements Between 12 and 17 years old can join the tour with a non-drinker ticket. All children attending a tour must accompanied by a paying adult. Restrictions For health and safety reasons, we do not accept children under the age of 12, even toddlers in a push chair.
